NDRC Nepal Shines in the Global Solution Search Contest
NDRC Nepal has won the Judge's Choice Award in the 2017 “Farming for Biodiversity” contest. Solution Search, a global contest designed to identify, reward and spotlight innovative approaches to conservation, announced the winners on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 during the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Convention of Parties in Bonn Germany.
Talk Program on Disaster Risk Reduction in New Local Government Structure of Nepal Concluded
ADRA Nepal in collaboration with NDRC Nepal organized a talk program on “Disaster Risk Reduction in New Local Government Structure of Nepal(Rural and Urban Municiplities): Opportunities and Challenges on June 27, 2017 in Kathmandu under Project entitled “Building Resilience to Disaster by Promoting and mainstreaming Disaster Risk Management and Resilience Initiatives in Earthquake Affected Communities”BURDAN”.

NDRC Nepal is proud to announce that it has been selected as the only finalist for”Solution Search: Farming for Biodiversity” Contest. The winner will be announced based on jury’s decision and votes. NDRC requests our well wishers to vote for NDRC Nepal.
BURDAN Program Review Meeting Concluded
BURDAN program review meeting was conducted on 2nd-4th of May, 2017 at NDRC Nepal, New Baneshwor with objective to confer, collate and convey a collective understanding of the project.
NDRC to contribute as national strategic partner for ADRA Nepal
NDRC Nepal is proud to contribute ADRA Nepal as its national strategic partner for its upcoming project entitled “Building Resilience to Disaster by Promoting and mainstreaming Disaster Risk Management and Resilience Initiatives in Earthquake Affected Communities (BURDAN)” being implemented in Kavre and Dhading. The project aims to build the community resilience through governance for disaster risk reduction and emergency preparedness in Nepal in post disaster scenario.
